Don't Waste Any Minutes

There are days when we feel like there needs to be about 30 hours in the day to get everything done. The truth is that we might actually be wasting time when switch between tasks such as software development and maintenance of the current software. You might also be losing time on tasks that are not needed. If you work on the computer for a lot of your projects, keep the tabs and windows that you use open. You might also think about using cloud services because you can switch devices and even platforms without losing anytime. You could also have a quick and painless to-do list that you can complete in minutes. It is useful for when you are working on a large project and those small tasks come up which you don't want to drop everything that you are doing for. During your commute, you could also start making a mental list of everything that you have to do that day so that when you get there, you will be prepared to go mentally.
